At Brave Enough Cross Fit, we know how hard it can be to take the first step in changing yourself for the better. We've all been there, too. The first couple of weeks can be intimidating in any new endeavor, so we have worked hard to create a Fundamentals class that will reduce any fear you may have and set you up for success. We are excited to be a part of this process with you, and take that privilege very seriously.

The Assesment and first class are free. Upon completion if you would like to continue Fundamentals the price is $120 for the last 2 sessions, and includes a free week of live CrossFit classes! We would love for you to get the full experience before signing up for a membership.

Membership to Brave Enough Barbell Club ($135 per month)
For athletes looking to compete in the sport of Olympic lifting we’ve got what you need. Expert coaching, quality equipment, Classes will be coached on Monday and Fridays at 5:30pm. Those who join the Barbell Club will receive monthly programming, and have access to the Olympic platforms during all normal class times and Open Gym.
We also offer Basic Barbell Class (free to members, $15 for Drop-ins)- Basic Barbell classes are held Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm. Since Olympic Weightlifting plays a huge part in CrossFit, we offer this class to help focus on technique and form, outside of a full CrossFit class. This 60 minute class will teach you the intricacies of the Snatch and Clean& Jerk. You will get personal coaching to improve your technique, while gaining both mobility and stability.
